Role Overview:
As a Lead Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating transformative projects that shape the future of our IT. You’ll be the driving force behind our initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading by example in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal and customer-facing stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across project teams, empowering individuals to excel and innovate.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best-in-class project management practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Scheduling and calendar management for key executives and engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus. Relevant experience will also be considered in place of formal education. We're obsessed with character, not credentials.
- Preferred experience engaging directly with Senior Executives, Founders, and leadership teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the technology or digital transformation space.
- Exceptional initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Offers prompt responses in all forms of communication with an exceptional degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- A skilled note taker with ability to keep multiple streams of communication organized.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for continuous learning and personal growth, with the confidence to hit the ground running.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is highly desirable.
- Ability to bring order in ambiguity, adapt to change, and excel even under pressure. Requires little or no oversight with the skills to oversee an end-to-end project through.
- Experience managing critical projects with short turnaround times.
